These terms apply when you use shortbusstrength.com or buy from Short Bus Strength Co. ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them.

Your account

• Give accurate information and keep your password to yourself. You're responsible for activity on your account.
• You must be at least 13 to make an account, and old enough to form a binding contract where you live to place an order.
• We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse or attacks on the site.

Orders

• Prices and availability can change until you place your order. If we listed something at the wrong price, we'll contact you before charging or cancel and refund.
• Items are made to order. Our shipping & returns policy explains delivery times and what we do when something goes wrong.
• Colors on screen can look slightly different from the printed shirt.

Our designs

All designs, logos, the mascot and the "Short Bus Strength Co." name belong to us. You can share photos of yourself in our gear, but you can't copy, print or sell our designs.

The humor

Our shirts use crude, self-deprecating humor. They're meant as jokes, not statements about any person or group. If that's not for you, that's fine.

Using the site

Don't try to break, overload or get unauthorized access to the site or other people's accounts.

Disclaimers

The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim about a purchase is limited to what you paid for it, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

Changes

We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. Orders follow the terms in place when they were placed.
