Strong enough to laugh at yourself.
Short Bus Strength Co. makes gym shirts for 90s kids who grew up, started lifting, and never learned to take themselves too seriously.
Why we exist
Most gym clothes are either dead serious or trying way too hard. We grew up on recess roasts, Army barracks humor and the kid who could out-lift everyone and still ate the paste. Our shirts are for people who train hard and joke harder, mostly at their own expense.
The humor is self-roasting. Plenty of us are on the spectrum, have ADHD, or got "voluntold" for things in uniform. We make fun of ourselves first.
How the shirts are made
- Athletic cut. Next Level tees with tapered sleeves that fit arms and lats, in men's and women's cuts.
- Made to order. Every shirt is printed when you order it, so nothing sits in a warehouse and nothing gets wasted.
- Printed in the USA by our print partner with direct-to-garment ink that stays soft after washing.
Who's behind it
Short Bus Strength Co. started in 2026 as a one-person shop. Our mascot lifts the short bus because we've been carrying it this whole time.
